All our repair services come with a 90 day warranty on parts and labor (30 days for self installed parts). We will warrant against defects in parts and workmanship for 90 days. For all RMA return requests, shipping costs to us are taken care of by the customer (both ways if your device is outside of warranty), contact us at:

for an RMA return request. No returns will be taken without a valid RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). If you receive your repaired device back, and it still has issues related to our repairs, we will cover the cost of shipping it back to us (up to $5) ONLY if we are notified within 48 hrs of customer receipt (within 48 hrs of receiving your device back). Due to the limited space and property liability issues, we CANNOT hold your device forever. Keeping with this, all customers agree to make a diligent effort to keep in contact with New World Tech Computer Services and decide how they would like their order resolved in a timely manner. If we don’t hear from you (via e-mail, phone, fax, or telepathy) for 30 days we will assume you have abandoned your order with us and we will take the following action: If you have pre-paid for shipping and do not owe any additional funds we will ship your order back to you via the shipping method you selected. If you have authorized additional service (which has been completed), owe additional funds for another reason, or there is a problem with your address that prevents us from shipping to you, then we will attempt to contact you via e-mail and phone (if we have both) at least 3 times each and wait until it has been 60 days from your last contact. If we are still are unable to resolve the desired action, at that point we will assume your order has been permanently abandoned and we will irreversibly dispose of your order contents. All items left over 30 days will accrue an additional storage fee of $50.00 US per month of storage of which fee is due upon delivery of items. |
